What will you be doing

 

- handle calls and emails from clients and to solve the technical issues and help them with different inquaries

- maintain a good realtionship with customers and show full proffesionalism

- solving matters efficently 

- providing good service for all the customers

- upholding company’s positive reputation

- providing customers with feedback and support 

 

 

Requirements: 

 

- native or fluent norwegian speaker

- fully motivated and determined for job

- fluent English

- good communication and social skills

- univeristy degree is not a must but its a plus

- ability to work in a team 

- previous experience with customer service is an addition
