OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS OF THE COMPETITION

 

 

 

§ 1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

 

1. The Christmas Competition is organized by DNL-Limited Recruitment Sp z o. o. with registered office at ul. Lea 5a/4, 30-046 Krakow, NIP 6762472924, REGON 123046165.

 

2. The Christmas Contest is sponsored by DNL-Limited Recruitment Sp z o. o.

 

§ 2. CONTEST DURATION

 

1. The Competition begins on Wed 9th Dec 2015  and ends on Tue 22 Dec 2015.

 

§ 3. AWARD

 

1. The award of the competition is Playstation 4 (1 item).

2. The value of the award is between 370-470 Euro depending on the store price.

3. Award can only be accepted in an item of Playstation 4 and  cannot be transferred, assigned, substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

4. The Sponsor doesn¨t take any responsibility for lost, damage or misdirection of the award after its acceptence of the winner.

5. All taxes, duties, fees and surcharges associated with the award are the responsibility of the sponsor.

 

§ 4. WINNER

 

1. Winner will be randomly selected on 23rd of December 2015 at 10.00 am.

2. Winner will be notified via Facebook

 

§ 5. CONDITIONS & RESTRICTIONS

 

1. The Contest is open for every person who fulfills the following conditions:

 

b) entrants must be over 18 

c) the competition is open to every person in every country

 

2. Sponsor is not responsible for late or incompleted entries.

3. Once the winner has been announced he/she should send his/her adress to the Sponsor via email or Facebook within 2 days

 

§ 6. COMPLAINTS & APPEALS

 

1.Entrants may file a complaint by email

 

§ 7. FINAL CONDITIONS

 

1. All personal and other information requested by and supplied to the Sponsor for the purpose of the Competition must be truthful, complete, accurate and in no way misleading.

 

2. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be:

a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest

b) violating the Official Rules

c) acting in a disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

 

3. Dnl-Limited Recruitment reserves the right to revise, suspend or cancel competition for any reason.

 

4.This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook.

 

5.By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Dnl-Limited Recruitment may use the winner's name, member ID, and picture for advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration, unless prohibited by law.

 

6.By participating in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Contest Rules. Entrant further agrees to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
